Founder, Creative Designer, General Contractor and Consultant, Eric Hoffmann, is a wealth of practiced knowledge and will be your resource for any and all building needs. This may include creating house plans, general contracting and/or consulting. Because of Eric’s creative vision, owning a mill, and years of construction in the mountains, substantial value is added to all of his projects.
ON-LOCATION CONTRACTING
Live in Northern New Mexico or Southern Colorado, Texas Panhandle, or would like to build a home in the area? We are happy to discuss being your design and build resource, from start to finish. This would include everything from reviewing design plans and site logistics to providing a skilled crew and overseeing the build site, to selecting finishes and accessories to style your completed home.
OFF-LOCATION CONSULTING
If you are building your Mammoth Mill log and timber home outside of our travel region, we provide detailed instructions to general contractors to make building our homes as easy as possible. We are also happy to assist with troubleshooting or logistics once building begins, over the phone or with selected site visits.
